TERMS AND CONDITIONS RELATING TO THE REACTIVATION INCENTIVE
1) About Lumon
1.1 The promoter of this incentive is either (depending on which company you are a client of):
(a) Lumon Pay Ltd (referred to in these terms as “Lumon UK”), being a private limited company based England and Wales (company number: 05082565) with its head office and registered address at 40 Holborn Viaduct, London, EC1N 2PB. Lumon UK is authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority under the Electronic Money Regulations 2011 (register reference 902022) for the issuing of electronic money.
(b) Lumon FX Europe Limited (referred to in these terms as “Lumon EU”), being a private limited company based Ireland (company number: 631617) with its head office and registered address at 2 Dublin Landings North Wall Quay, Dublin 1 D01 V4A3, Ireland. Lumon EU is authorised by the Central Bank of Ireland (reference number C186257) for the issuing of electronic money.
1.2 If you are a client of:
(a) Lumon UK, then the promoter of this incentive is Lumon UK and when these terms refer to “Lumon”, this means Lumon UK;
(b) Lumon EU, then the then the promoter of this incentive is Lumon EU and when these terms refer to “Lumon”, this means Lumon EU.
1.3 Generally, you will be a client of Lumon UK is you are based in the United Kingdom and a client of Lumon EU if you are based in the European Union. You can always check which Lumon entity you are a client of by contacting us (https://www.lumonpay.com/contact-us.).
2.1 The details of the incentive will be set out in the email you receive from Lumon. Incentives include but are not limited to:
(a) a credit to your electronic money account with Lumon; and
(b) Amazon vouchers.
2.2 For Lumon to issue you with your incentive you must:
(a) be an eligible person;
(b) enter into a qualifying trade;
(c) comply with these terms and any other conditions set out in the email sent to you from Lumon relating to the incentive.
3) What makes a person an eligible person?
3.1 To be an eligible person you must:
(a) be over the age of 18;
(b) be acting in your personal capacity (and not a business capacity);
(c) be a client of Lumon;
(d) have received an email from Lumon relating to this incentive;
(e) have not placed a trade (entered into a foreign exchange contract) with Lumon since 3 March 2020.
(f) not be:
(i) an employee of Lumon or its holding or subsidiary companies;
(ii) an employee of agents or suppliers of Lumon or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the incentive or its administration; or
(iii) a member of the immediate families or households of (i) and (ii) above.
3.2 Lumon may require you to provide proof that you are eligible for the incentive.
4) Qualifying Trades
4.1 The email which Lumon sends to you will stipulate what trades are deemed to be qualifying trades which entitle you to an incentive (provided you are an eligible person). This will include:
(a) the dates withing which you can enter into a trade for it to be a qualifying trade; and
(b) the minimum value of the trade in a given currency (the “Given Currency”) for the trade to be a qualifying trade.
4.2 If the currency of the money you purchase in the trade (the “Purchase Currency”) or the currency of money you give to Lumon in relation to the trade (the “Sale Currency”) is in the Given Currency, then Lumon shall use the amount in the Given Currency to ascertain whether the trade exceeds the minimum value required for the trade to be a qualifying trade.
4.3 If neither the Purchase Currency nor the Sale Currency of the trade is in the Given Currency, then Lumon shall apply its standard exchange rate to the amount of money in the Purchase Currency to ascertain whether the trade exceeds the minimum value required to be a qualifying trade.
5) Claiming your incentive
You do not need to do anything to claim your incentive. Please allow until 30 April 2022 for issuance of the incentive. If you have not been issued with your incentive by 30 April 2022, please get in touch with us. The longstop date for claiming incentives is 27 May 2022.
6) Data protection and publicity
7.1 Lumon shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
7.2 Lumon shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify the details of what constitutes an eligible person or a qualifying trade, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage or sending you an email.
7.3 There is a limit of one incentive per client.
7.4 Lumon reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the incentive.
7.5 The incentive:
(a) may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf;
(b) is not negotiable.
7.6 You have the right to refuse the incentive or not claim the incentive.
7.7 If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, Lumon, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to:
(a) not provide you with the incentive; or
(b) if the incentive has already been provided, take that incentive from you, including:
(i) debiting your electronic money account with Lumon by the amount you were rewarded as part of the incentive, if your incentive was a credit to your electronic money account; or
(ii) cancelling your Amazon vouchers, if your incentive was being issued with Amazon vouchers.
7.8 Lumon reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the incentive where it becomes necessary to do so.

7.10 If you are a client of Lumon UK, these terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a client of Lumon EU, these terms and conditions shall be governed by Irish law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
