- Will my terms and conditions be changing?
No, your terms and conditions will remain the same. We are simply updating the legal entity names, disclaimers and adding a slick new look and feel to them.
- Foreign Currency Direct PLC, also trading as Infinity, has become Lumon Pay Ltd
- Foreign Currency Direct Europe Limited has become Lumon FX Europe Limited
- Infinity International Ltd has become Lumon Risk Management Ltd
- Infinity Foreign Exchange Ltd has become Lumon Exchange Ltd
- Will bank account details be changing as part of the rebrand?
The only change will be the Bank Account Name. Some banks will pick this up automatically – others may require you to update the Bank Account Name to:
- Foreign Currency Direct PLC and Infinity will change to Lumon Pay Ltd
- Foreign Currency Direct Europe Limited will change to Lumon FX Europe Limited
- Infinity International Ltd will change to Lumon Risk Management Ltd (This should only be used if you are an investment client)
- Infinity Foreign Exchange Ltd will remain as EarthportFX for the next few weeks.
All other bank account details (Account Numbers, Sort Codes, and IBANs) will remain the same.
To avoid any delays with your payment reaching us please make sure you have updated any payment details to reflect the new Bank Account Name. If not done initially, your payment should still reach us, but it may take slightly longer than normal in some cases.
When you receive funds from Foreign Currency Direct and Infinity, Lumon will appear on your bank statement.
- If I have a direct debit, will this change?
Direct Debits will remain the same, but you will see a name change on your bank statement.
- Will your contact details change?
You will still be able to contact your Account Manager using the telephone and email details you currently use to get in touch, but we recommend that you add “lumonpay.com” to your trusted recipient list.

- Will the company email addresses change?
Our new domain will be [email protected] so please save our new email address domain to your trusted email recipient list.
But don’t panic if you forget, all existing email addresses that you use for Foreign Currency Direct and Infinity will be redirected to our new domain name.
When we contact you with new product updates, newsletters, and promotional materials, you will be receiving them from Lumon and not Foreign Currency Direct or Infinity.
- Will your website be changing?
Yes, both the Infinity (www.iifx.co.uk)) and the Foreign Currency Direct (www.currencies.co.uk) websites will combined into an exciting new website – www.lumonpay.com – which will cater for our personal customers, business customers and partners.
- Will there be any changes to the way we access the online portals?
Your login credentials will remain the same. You will be able to login via our www.lumonpay.com homepage with a new and exciting look and feel. You will also be able to access our online portals using the links below:

- I am a partner referring clients to Lumon. Do I need to update my customers or partners with your new details?
We are sending e-mail communications about the brand change to all customers that have active accounts with us and recently registered leads.
If your clients make payments to us, you can support the brand change by advising them of the Bank Account Name change:
- Foreign Currency Direct PLC and Infinity will change to Lumon Pay Limited
- Foreign Currency Direct Europe Limited will change to Lumon FX Europe Limited
- Will credit agreements be changing?
No, our credit agreements will remain the same. We are simply updating the legal entity names, disclaimers and adding a slick new look and feel to them.
- If I have any open trades, will they be affected by the business rebrand?
Absolutely not. It will be business as usual so no need to worry.
- Will I still have the same account manager?
Yes, you will have the same account manager and will receive the same support that you have always received.
