Customer experience survey prize draw terms and conditions  

Below are the terms and conditions for the customer experience survey prize draw. 

1. Lumon Pay Ltd (“we” or “Lumon”) is a company registered in England with its registered address at 20 Farringdon Road, London, EC1M 3HE. Lumon is authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority as an Electronic Money Institution (FRN: 902022). 

Eligibility 

3. To be eligible for this Promotion, you must; 

a. Be over the age of 18 years of age other than employees of Lumon and their close relatives and referring partners (affiliates, their employees and their families and friends). 

b. Be an existing customer, holding an account with Lumon Pay Ltd and have transacted during the three calendar months prior to completing the CX Survey Prize draw. 

c. Complete and submit the survey form within 14 days of receiving the email. By submitting their name and email address, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. 

Reward 

4. The close date for entries will close 14 days after customers have received the email. One winner will be drawn at random by the end of each calendar month from the pool of entrants who met the conditions above in 3a, 3b and 3c. For example, February’s winner will be an entrant who is an existing customer holding an account with Lumon Pay Ltd, transacted during the prior calendar month as well as completing the survey 14 days after receiving the email during the calendar month of November. 

5. By the end of each calendar month, the winner will be notified via email. 

6. Following notification, the reward will be a £300 Amazon.co.uk voucher (non-UK residents would win their local equivalent of £300).  

7. The reward is as stated, and no other alternatives will be offered. The reward is not transferable. Rewards are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any reward with another of equivalent value without giving notice. 

Liability 

8. Lumon will not be liable to you for: 

a. Any use of the Promotion which does not comply with these terms and conditions. 

b. Any delays encountered in receiving the reward or any unsuccessful attempts to access or use the reward. 

c. Any changes to legislation or regulation, or reasons beyond Lumon’s control, which prevent from Lumon providing the Prize to the Winners. 

d. Any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up or using the Prize except where it is caused by our negligence. Your statutory rights are not affected. 

General 

9. An entrant may only enter the Promotion once per month. Multiple entries will be deemed to be 1 entry. 

10. An entrant may only win the reward once only. 

11. Entries not complying with these terms and conditions will be invalid. 

12. Lumon is not responsible for inaccurate incentive details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this offer. 

13. Lumon’s decision regarding any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it. 

14. By submitting their name and email address via the survey form, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. 

Variation 

15. Lumon shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately. 

16. Lumon reserves the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to suspend or terminate the Promotion without prior notice.

Applicable Law 

19. The incentive and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
